These terms are a general description of our engagement practices. Specific projects are governed by a separately agreed scope of work, proposal or licensing agreement, which takes precedence over this general summary.

The content on streamkit.in is provided for informational purposes about StreamKit's services, the StreamKit SDK, and general streaming media guidance. You may read and reference this content, but reproduction of full articles or pages elsewhere requires permission — contact contact@streamkit.in.
Consulting & Training Engagements
Consulting, player audits, live streaming setup, AWS architecture and corporate training engagements begin with a scoped proposal covering deliverables, timeline and pricing, agreed in writing before work begins. These terms describe our general approach; the specific proposal governs each engagement.
StreamKit SDK Licensing
StreamKit SDK is licensed commercially for production use — single-domain, multi-domain or enterprise unlimited, as agreed at the time of licensing. Source code access is available only under the Enterprise plan with a signed NDA. Unauthorized redistribution or sublicensing of the SDK outside your licensed scope is not permitted.
No Warranty
Guidance published on this site (including the Resources/guide articles) is provided based on real engineering experience but is general in nature. Your specific implementation should be validated against your own platform, ad server and CDN configuration before relying on it in production.
Limitation of Liability
StreamKit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its published guidance. Liability for paid consulting or licensing engagements is governed by the specific agreement for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from engagements with StreamKit will first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your engagement or site visit applies.
